About the Role

large-scale semiconductor equipment manufacturer in the global market. It produces semiconductor equipment and pre-processing core equipment for FPD, with an annual amount of 700 billion won in its twenty years of history.

Responsibilities

Mechanical Engineer

  • Specialized Semiconductor Environment Design (Vacuum, Plasma).

  • Clean: Flow and thermal design for supply devices such as pipes, nozzles, and valves.

  • Etch: High-temperature, high-vacuum chamber design, cryogenic electrode design, and transport system design.

  • Package: Design of transport modules using motors/air pressure/vacuum, high-precision stages, Hybrid Bonders, and Back Grinders.

  • Automation: Design of heavy-load transport/storage devices, OHT drive parts, and running parts


ESC (Electro Static Chuck) Engineer

  • Improvement of ceramic material properties (enhanced resistance to etching and thermal conductivity).

  • Development of ESC bonding technologies (both homogeneous and heterogeneous).

  • ESC hardware development (structure, heater pattern) and creation of analysis models.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as occupational health and safety or closely related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety-related role.

  • Experience developing and implementing safety policies and procedures.

  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Lift up 30kg.

  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or OSHA or other safety-related certification preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bilingual in Korean Preferred.
