About the Role

Trusted Partner for Semiconductor & Display Manufacturing for over 40 years in Korea and 15 years in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Inspecting facilities, equipment, and operations to identify potential safety hazards.

  • Providing safety training to employees and management on a regular basis.

  • Investigating accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop corrective action plans.

  • Actively participating in carrying out safety tours as requested.

  • Providing/developing technical safety training.

  • Assessing safety and health program performance.

  • Conducting daily safety walk-thru inspections of manufacturing areas.

  • Managing documentation and reporting of safety-related records and materials.

  • Keeping up-to-date with new safety regulations and best practices.

  • Provide more personalized attention to each employee as well as the customers needs.

  • Improves the overall experience and safety needs. By supporting our mission in maintaining a health and safety environment.

  • Increase our customers’ loyalty by having a strong safety team.

  • Help and improvement with oversight, production and training for everything related to safety.

  • SEE- must identify gaps in the safety management system, which includes training, leadership and required programs. Also, Safety personnel would be responsible for identifying hazards and confirming that proper risk control measures are understood.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as occupational health and safety or closely related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety-related role.

  • Experience developing and implementing safety policies and procedures.

  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or OSHA or other safety-related certification preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bilingual in Korean Preferred
