About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction site and EV charging projects across North America. The role demands a seasoned professional fluent in Korean and English with an in-depth understanding of Korean corporate culture and its fast-paced, high-demand environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing diverse, complex client requirements and delivering exceptional results under tight timelines while fostering collaboration and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, construction, and commissioning of EV charging and construction site projects across North America.

  • Develop and manage project schedules to meet strict deadlines and diverse client demands.

  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards and are completed within budget and on time.

  • Coordinate closely with internal departments and external contractors to adapt to changing project

    needs.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Korean clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique

    demands, expectations, and cultural nuances.

  • Provide proactive, rapid responses to client inquiries, reflecting the urgency and precision required in Korean corporate environments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

  • Exhibit effective leadership and decision-making throughout project lifecycles, ensuring stakeholder

    alignment.

  • Resolve issues efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining composure and professionalism.

  • Foster teamwork and provide guidance to project teams, ensuring clear communication and

    accountability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Engineering background preferred; MBA preferred but not required.

  • 15+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years managing construction or EV-related projects.

  • Fluency in Korean and English is required.

  • Strong understanding of Korean corporate culture, including its fast pace, complex demands, and high expectations for responsiveness.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Strong business acumen with basic accounting knowledge.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of working independently and collaboratively.

  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and tight timelines with composure.
